I called Deeply Rooted for a second opinion. Matt scheduled Bill to come out the same day. Bill discovered the problem was a dislodged O‑ring due to a clogged filter causing a flame roll out. He installed a new O‑ring, cleaned the unit and waited to ensure the system was operating properly. Later he returned with a new circuit board. The entire repair cost was less than $1,300.
